Progress Report

"As of March 2009, GBI is in a holding pattern for a grand opening. Edgewood, New Mexico would definitely be a good location for such a Institute. For example, The Covenant of Grace Bible Church here in Edgewood would be a stellar place for students of GBI to attend while they are at GBI. However, since we arrived here in the summer of 2008, there has not been significant progress to the extent that GBI can commence in the Fall of 2009. That is, until recently. We are actually currently working at a Christian Retreat and Learnining Center in the Edgewood vicinity. The possibilities abound for GBI to go forward in some type of format at this location. We will keep you posted about any developments. In the meantime, please feel free to drop us an email of encouragement or about your interest in attending GBI if God paves the way for a grand opening."
 
What Can You Do?
  • Consistently pray that God would grant GBI with a God-besotted staff & board, 16 receptive students for the first year (8 male and 8 female), and sufficient finances for start-up and first-year expenses.
  • If you love the vision of GBI, please think about the possibility of being a board member. We want to expand our board to include a cross section of people from various places. At the same time, be assured that this would not be an overwhelming position.
  • If you are serious about becoming a future student of GBI, please send us an email expressing your interest in GBI and any questions you might have.
  • Consider being a guest teacher for a 1 week class module.
  • Take the initiative & spread information about GBI.
  • Supply your input & suggestions for even a better GBI.
  • Refer young single adults as potential future students.
